Portugal totaliza já 348 casos de infeção por varíola dos macacos

A autoridade de saúde confirmaram hoje mais 20 casos de infecção com o vírus da varíola macaco em Portugal, totalizando até agora 348 casos de infeções.

Segundo a Direcção-Geral da Saúde (DGS), todas as infecções confirmadas pelo Instituto Nacional de Saúde Doutor Ricardo Jorge (INSA) ocorrem em homens com idades compreendidas entre os 19 e 61 anos, sendo a maioria com menos de 40 anos de idade.
